Description
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
- 3 Days work from home Some Scrum Master roles are about running ceremonies. This one is about enabling consistent, forward progress across a complex delivery environment. We’re partnering with our client to find a Scrum Master on a fixed term contract to support a significant applications modernisation program. There’s a strong pipeline of work, multiple teams involved, and a real focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for the business. You’ll work closely with delivery teams and a broad group of business and technology stakeholders to guide agile practices, remove blockers, and help maintain momentum across the program. With no dedicated Product Owner in place, you’ll play an important role in helping bring clarity to priorities, facilitating decision making, and ensuring work is aligned to business outcomes. This role is less about rigid frameworks and more about applying agile in a way that works for the environment. You’ll help shape ways of working, support teams through change, and ensure delivery continues to move forward in a structured and practical way. What makes this role interesting is the level of transformation underway. Legacy systems are being modernised, current capabilities are being introduced, and there’s a genuine focus on improving how teams work together to deliver value. We’re looking for someone who brings a calm, structured approach and can create alignment across teams and stakeholders. You’ll be comfortable facilitating conversations, providing clarity where needed, and helping teams stay focused on priorities. Your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and keep delivery moving will be key. To be successful, you’ll bring experience as a Scrum Master within complex or evolving environments, ideally within transformation or modernisation programs. You’ll be confident running agile ceremonies, coaching teams, and supporting effective ways of working. Experience working in environments without clearly defined product ownership, or where you’ve helped bridge that gap, will be highly regarded. If you enjoy working closely with teams, bringing structure to delivery, and helping organisations move forward with purpose, this is a role where you can make a real impact. If this sounds like something you’d like to explore, I’d welcome a conversation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3ruwgj
