Overview Child and Adolescent Health Service offers a fixed‑term, full‑time (1.0 FTE) Clinical Nurse Manager – Community Health role. The position begins 7 September 2026, for 12 months with potential extensions or permanency and relief cover opportunities. Responsibilities
- Lead and support a diverse nursing team across community health centres, schools, home visits and telehealth appointments.
- Manage resources to deliver high‑quality, accessible care across the designated area.
- Serve as a clinical expert and role model, guiding best practice, shaping service improvements and fostering partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Uphold nursing standards and drive positive change within community health services. Qualifications
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency (essential for permanent positions); visas that allow working rights in Australia acceptable for fixed‑term contracts.

- Relevant nursing qualifications and experience in community health settings. Working With Children Check Position requires a Western Australian Working With Children (WWC) Check.
