Barista – Staff Café Our friendly, supportive and collaborative team is part of the broader Business Operations Department. This role is based in Perth, is permanent and the working hours are from 7:30am to 12:30pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee to Allens staff in our in‑house café.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the coffee machine and kitchen through regular cleaning and upkeep.
- Manage all aspects of coffee service, including stocking of milks and other supplies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Allens employees and build relationships with staff.
- Support the team by assisting with dishwashing, general kitchen cleanliness, client boardroom set‑up/pack‑down and coffee service.
- Train new staff as needed.
- Assist the team by performing basic administrative tasks where required. About You
- Previous barista experience and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment.
- Corporate hospitality experience is preferred, however not essential.
- Experience working as part of a team providing excellent service to a range of customers.
- A desire to learn, grow, network and mentor others. Benefits
