About the Role Due to the upcoming retirement of a senior team member and a focus on business expansion, we are seeking a Senior Immigration Lawyer to join our leadership team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide expert and strategic legal advice and assistance to clients across all areas of Australian migration law and practice
- Manage and execute complex visa applications and legal assistance matters independently
- Oversee junior legal, migration and admin staff, providing leadership, training and support
- Contribute to growth through business development, niche market targeting, and process innovation
- Maintain high professional standards, migration knowledge/expertise, client service and ensure compliance with all ethical and regulatory requirements What We’re Looking For
- Extensive legal immigration knowledge and experience
- Self‑sufficiency — this role is not suited to someone needing mentoring or regular guidance
- Strategic mindset with commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial edge
- Strong communication, interpersonal and client‑facing skills
