- Relevant experience managing a business or standalone unit – service or retail‑based industry
- Ability to drive and implement organisational change and lead your team through change‑management
- Experience in the aged care, NDIS or similar operational environments is beneficial, but not essential
- Proven track record of managing and growing businesses or business units
- Experience ensuring continual improvement of business and financial processes and systems
- Strong analytical, leadership and team‑development skills
- Resilient, pragmatic approach
- Strong people‑management skills and understanding of the employment landscape in Australia
- Sound commercial acumen – strong financial literacy
