Restaurant Associates has an enviable track record, working with some of the most prestigious venues and corporations in the world. From grand gala events to intimate gatherings, we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences. Due to growth and expansion of our services, we are launching a new site under our Restaurant Associates sector in Perth. We are on the hunt for an experienced Cafe Chef to lead a premium corporate catering operation. This full‑time role is ideal for a chef who thrives in a professional, fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering high‑end dining experiences. THE POSITION
- Play a pivotal role in providing onsite catering to our corporate guests while offering an exceptional level of customer service.
- Showcase seasonal produce, sustainability, local producers and the latest industry trends.
- Create exceptional dining experiences within the corporate arena, with occasional evening functions.
- Guide and mentor the team to deliver to the highest standards.
- Champion allergy awareness controls and ensure accurate implementation.
- Comply with OH&S; and food safety guidelines. THE PERSON
- Must hold a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in a comparable venue environment, including multi‑venue catering.
- Proven ability to deliver a range of menus – canapes, plated dinners, buffets, corporate meetings, and themed special events.
- Comfortable working with and leading a small team to deliver dynamic and creative events to clients.
- Thorough knowledge of kitchen procedures and operations, and ability to design and implement recent systems and processes.
- Strong attention to OH&S;, Food Safety & HACCP regulations. THE BENEFITS
