Enrolled Nurse - Subiaco (Western Australia)

We are currently seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to provide daily support to our residents at Bethanie Subiaco Aged Care Home. Part Time role. You will be required to work Monday to Thursday, Morning and Afternoon shifts. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide hands‑on care to residents while supporting a multi‑skilled team with a focus on learning and safety. - Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
- Previous experience in an aged care environment or with dementia care is an advantage, but is not essential
- Ability to work independently and professionally
- Solid written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systems
- Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one) The Role
- Carrying out personal care plans in consultation with and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Consulting with a Registered Nurse in planning care on a shift basis
- Assisting in assessing residents and ensuring all documentation is up to date and in accordance with company requirements
- Contributing to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of residents
- Communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders and contributing to teamwork within the workplace
