As a Multi‑Site Store Manager at Perth Airport, you’ll lead multiple stores and teams within the airport, creating an aligned, high‑performance culture and delivering exceptional retail experiences to our customers. No two days will be the same – and you’ll thrive in the variety and challenge that airport retail offers. Rotating roster as it is a busy airport environment with extended operating hours (mix of early mornings and evening shifts). What You’ll Do

- Experience managing multiple retail sites or a high‑volume flagship store
- Ability to juggle operations, people leadership, and performance goals

- A polished, professional presence and positive attitude
- Proven ability to inspire, coach and empower team members
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)
