- Lead a multidisciplinary HR team to deliver high-quality, contemporary HR services
- A collaborative, supportive and forward thinking leadership style
- Partner with senior leaders to design and implement workforce strategies aligned to Rocky Bay’s vision and values
- Champion an engaging Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and deliver best practice recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies
- Provide expert advice in employee and industrial relations, workforce planning and organisational development
- Build and sustain positive relationships with staff, managers, customers and external stakeholders
