Reporting to the Superintendent Electrical Maintenance, you will lead a team of Electricians and Coordinators to deliver secure, reliable, and high-quality maintenance outcomes across our fixed plant. You’ll play a key role in driving performance, strengthening team culture, and ensuring operational excellence. - Provide visible, supportive leadership to the maintenance team, reinforcing a risk‑based behavioural safety culture
- Lead and mentor maintenance personnel and subcontractors, creating a positive and accountable team environment
- Supervise the team to deliver efficient, high‑quality work practices with a focus on reliability
- Set clear performance expectations, recognise individual and team achievements, and conduct timely, constructive performance reviews
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical maintenance activities with operational requirements
- Maintain accurate and compliant records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs
- Assist with shutdown planning, coordination, and execution
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies Qualifications & Skills
- Strong fault finding and problem‑solving skills with complex equipment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in Fixed Plant Maintenance
- Knowledge of the Mines Safety & Inspection Act and Regulations
- Experience with SAP or similar CMMS
- Current WA ‘A’ Grade Electrical Licence required
- Australian recognised Trade qualification or electrical engineering degree required
