- Ensure control system designs comply with relevant standards, safety requirements, and industry best practice.
- Provide technical support across operational technology infrastructure.
- Manage software updates, patches, and version upgrades in line with change management procedures. About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in process control systems within a mining, mineral processing, or industrial manufacturing workplace.
- Strong practical knowledge of PLC platforms — Allen‑Bradley, Omron, and Delta.
- Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, EtherNet/IP, Profibus).
- Experience with advanced process control strategies and optimisation techniques.
- Familiarity with multiple industrial standards (e.g., IEC 61131, AS/NZS safety standards).
- Comfortable working across both independent technical tasks and collaborative team environments.
