The role

$55$65 per hour | $140k$190k per year

2:1 FIFO roster from Perth flights, accommodation, and meals covered

Perth Monday to Friday local work also available

Temp-to-perm pathways for long-term security

Training on recent machinery and genuine career development support

Equipment experience we're looking for

Experience in one or more of the following is essential:

Excavators (up to 30T)

Graders (GPS)

Dozers

Loaders

Watercarts (Moxy)

HR/HC/MC trucks with road ranger experience

What you'll need

Robust safety focus and consistent work history

Background in civil, mining, agriculture, or heavy industry

Current WA residency or active plans to relocate

Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and D&A; screening (ongoing)

Clean National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one

Highly regarded (not essential)

HR, HC, or MC licence

Relevant machinery tickets

Previous FIFO or remote-site experience

Agricultural or heavy machinery background

Loadrite experience

WA applicants only.
