Titan Plumbing and Roofing is looking for a confident and organised Office Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is reliable, motivated, and looking for a long-term role where they can grow with the business. This is a varied and fast-paced position that plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. About the Role Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering client calls and scheduling plumbing jobs
- Managing daily schedules and ensuring plumbers’ runs operate smoothly
- Responding to client and real estate agent emails
- Managing quoted works from approval through to completion, including deposits, material tracking, and invoicing
- Maintaining employee records and tracking KPIs
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
- Electronic and manual filing
- Providing administrative support to the Director and General Manager What We’re Looking For Office management experience is essential. Please note: We will only consider applicants who have previous experience working within the plumbing or trades industry. The successful applicant will have:
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a busy office environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Xero and/or Tradify (or similar job management systems) is preferred
- A proactive approach with strong initiative
