Our vibrant Brewery restaurant is on the hunt for a talented Level 4 Cert Sous Chef to join our culinary team and help deliver an exceptional food experience that pairs perfectly with our craft brews. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and supervising a small team of chefs and kitchen hands.
- Ensuring consistently high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop seasonal menus and weekly specials.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
- Contributing ideas and energy to a dynamic, evolving food offering. What We’re Looking For:
