Sheet Metal Fabricator / TIG Welder – Stainless Steel We are looking for a motivated young tradesman to join our team specialising in high-quality stainless steel fabrication. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and wants to learn modern laser cutting technology. About the Role You'll be working on a variety of stainless steel fabrication projects including TIG welding, assembly, finishing, and general workshop duties, with full training provided on CNC laser cutting equipment. What You'll Be Doing ● Stainless steel fabrication and assembly ● TIG welding and finishing work ● Reading and working from workshop drawings ● Operating fabrication machinery and hand tools ● Learning laser cutter operation and setup ● Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment What We're Looking For ● Experience in sheet metal fabrication or TIG welding ● Minimum 1-2 years experience in both sheet metal fabrication and TIG welding ● Good attitude and willingness to learn ● Pride in neat, high-quality workmanship ● Reliable and punctual ● Able to work well within a small team ● Interest in up-to-date fabrication technology and machinery ● Must be an Australian citizen What We Offer ● Full training on CNC laser cutting equipment ● Variety of custom stainless steel work ● Supportive workshop environment ● Opportunity to grow your skills and career ● Competitive wages based on experience If you're keen to build your skills in stainless fabrication and work with a solid team, we'd like to hear from you.
