**Key Objectives**
The main objective of this role is to manage architectural projects effectively, overseeing both design and construction phases to ensure high-quality, timely, and budget-compliant delivery.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead architectural projects through all stages, from planning and design coordination to construction and completion.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project progression.
- Develop schedules, monitor budgets, and manage resources to ensure projects meet milestones.
- Oversee design elements, ensuring they align with project goals, but primarily focus on project management aspects.
- Ensure that all aspects of the project comply with industry regulations, sustainability goals, and safety standards.
**Main Tasks**
- **Project Management**: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, adjusting as necessary to ensure project success.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and consultants to facilitate clear communication and effective project coordination.
- **Quality and Compliance Assurance**: Conduct regular site visits, monitor construction quality, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project reports, documentation, and records throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- **Leadership**: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a cooperative and efficient work environment.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of both architectural design principles and construction management.
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Advanced understanding of building codes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver updates clearly.
- Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools.
**Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in project management within the architecture or construction industry.
Pay: $72,744.82
- $91,399.37 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
