Claims Consultant / Customer Service Representative (Alexandria)

**Job description**

Accident Direct Australia (ADA) are currently seeking a creative and forward-thinking Customer Service Representative to join its organisation.

The purpose of this role is to assist with the planning, managing and delivery of marketing strategies and campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities of this Role**: Creating content across a range of channels. Assisting with the managing of the organisation’s social media platforms. Assisting with the updating of the organisation’s website. Management of the organisation’s online communities. Reporting of social media analytics. General administrative tasks. This list of duties is not intended to be restricted or exhausted in nature.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Ideally 2 years' experience in a similar role or;
- University student or graduate enrolled in Bachelor of Commerce or Business / IT (or Related).

Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Experience with content creation. Ability to proactively problem solve and work to deadlines. Strong technical ability. Experience of using HubSpot, Canva and Mailchimp would be an advantage. Knowledgeable about the effective use of social media platforms. Outstanding writing skills and excellent attention to detail in proofreading and editing.
