Bar Supervisor/manager (Alexandria)

Pino's is a relaxed yet professional environment well supported by our fantastic local cientele. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor/Bar Manager to join our team.

**Responsibilities**: **Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and inspire the bar team to deliver outstanding service.

**Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies.

**Training and Development**: Train new staff members and provide ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Customer Service**: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

**Quality Control**: Monitor drink preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and licensing laws.

**Qualifications**: Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role.

Extensive knowledge of beverage trends and mixology.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.

**Salary**: $55,000.00
- $85,000.00 per year
