Sous Chef (Alexandria)

Our vibrant Brewery restaurant is on the hunt for a talented Level 4 Cert Sous Chef to join our culinary team and help deliver an exceptional food experience that pairs perfectly with our craft brews.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Leading and supervising a small team of chefs and kitchen hands.
- Ensuring consistently high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop seasonal menus and weekly specials.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
- Contributing ideas and energy to a agile, evolving food offering.

- Proven experience in a busy, quality-driven kitchen.
- Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative menu development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure during peak service.
