Trainee Business Manager Sydney City Kia & Subaru Alexandria

Sydney City Kia and Subaruis owned by Autosports Group which is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world's greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands. Currently we have over 2000 employees across over 70 dealerships in NSW, QLD, VIC and NZ.

We are looking for a Trainee Business Manager, who is eager to learn and is results-driven to join the team in Alexandria.

In this role you will be:

Working with relevant financiers to ensure up to date product knowledge and accreditation.

Assisting with settlement of New and Used Cars purchases.

Maintain contact with all prospective customers in order to build relationships and develop sales opportunities.

To be successful you will:

Have previous Automotive Finance Sales experience, however this is not required.

Be focused on providing a positive customer experience.

Be able to assist the sales team to close and negotiate deals.

Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Strictly comply with regulatory and business partners compliance requirements.

Be computer literate

Need to be an Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident.

Hold a current Australian driver's licence.
