A customer-centric ecommerce specialist responsible for maximising conversion, average order value, and revenue performance across all global ecommerce sites. Working alongside the Ecommerce Manager, you will use data-led insights to optimise the end-to-end onsite customer journey – from landing through to purchase – championing initiatives across merchandising, UX, site search, and CRO to turn traffic into profitable sales. This role is full-time, based in our Support Centre in Alexandria, NSW. Candidates must have full, unrestricted working rights at the time of application, this role is not eligible for sponsorship. - Lead agile onsite trading across global websites and marketplaces, optimising merchandising, UX, and CRO to maximise conversion and revenue.
- Manage daily onsite performance with the Ecommerce Manager, including conversion tracking, forecasting, and delivering clear commercial reporting with actionable insights.
- Identify and execute revenue‑growth opportunities through best‑in‑class merchandising, optimised product discovery, enriched product data, and enhanced navigation/search.
- Drive the CRO program end‑to‑end using A/B testing, heatmapping, analytics, and continuous funnel optimisation in partnership with UX specialists.
- Support and evolve the SEO strategy to improve rankings, grow organic revenue, and ensure all onsite content aligns with SEO and customer‑journey best practices.
- Contribute to the digital product roadmap, recommending tools, optimisation initiatives, and customer‑experience enhancements based on consumer trends and performance insights.
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships (Ecommerce, Marketing, CRM, IT, Logistics), delivering accurate reporting frameworks, ensuring analytics data integrity, and supporting team capability.
- Foster a high‑performance, team-oriented culture while consistently delivering measurable conversion uplift and providing analytical expertise to leadership and peers. You have:
- Extensive ecommerce experience (3+ years), specialising in onsite conversion optimisation, CRO tools, funnel analysis, and Shopify Plus expertise.
- Proven ability to drive measurable gains in conversion rate, AOV, onsite revenue, and organic traffic through CRO, SEO, and data‑led strategies.
- Strong analytical and commercial skill set, including proficiency in GA4, feed management, analytics platforms, and understanding of SEM/social channels.
- Experienced in high-growth, multi‑channel ecommerce environments, marketplaces, platform integrations, and AP21 (highly regarded).
- Highly organised, strategic, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement, with strong communication and time‑management skills. We offer:
