Contracts Manager - Defence Prime (Alexandria)

Following their $176 million Program of Record win with the Australian Government, Ocius is moving into the next phase of delivery and is searching for a commercially savvy Contracts Manager to lead contract delivery. Ocius seek a contracts specialist with proven experience managing end-to-end contracts in complex, regulated environments. Reporting to the Chief of Delivery, you'll oversee contract drafting, negotiation, execution and lifecycle management. You'll collaborate with Business Development, Finance, and Project Managers to drive structured, commercially sound agreements and ensure compliance with Defence and Government frameworks. Strong knowledge of procurement, compliance and risk is essential. Familiarity with Defence frameworks such as ASDEFCON, NSSG, export controls or sovereign supply chains is highly regarded. Lead negotiations, manage stakeholder relationships and balance commercial outcomes with contractual risk. Support contract administration, enhance policies and provide practical commercial advice to senior leadership.
