The position will be a fulltime Customer Service Administrator role between the Hours of 6am
- 4.30pm Monday to Friday and 6.00 am
- 11.00 am Saturday as directed by management. The standard work day is between 6am
- 2.30pm
- Overtime will begin after 2.30pm.
Reporting to the Sales Manager & GM your duties will include but not be limited to the following: Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service both in store over the counter and over the phone
- Process customer orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Organize transport for customer deliveries
- Additional general administration duties as required
- Ongoing development of your knowledge of Siniat and associated products
Skills and Qualifications required: To be considered for this position you must possess:
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role or have a trade background
- A strong eye for detail
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel)
- The ability to multi task in a fast paced, ever changing environment
