Front Office / Customer Service (Alexandria)

Innovative Surface Repairs requires a full-time Front Office / Customer Service person to join our team.

Our office and warehouse are located in Alexandria, NSW, just a short walk from the railway stations.

We provide a national repair and defect service that delivers repairs onsite at customers’ homes and commercial projects.

Due to our continual growth, we are looking for a person who enjoys:

- dealing with a wide range of customers
- enjoys a challenge while working with the team
- enjoys a laugh while having fun at work
- understand Australian geographics and business processes

We will provide training on all aspects of the job. We are entering our 10th year of operation, so we are looking for the following attributes:

- energetic with good time management skills
- have used programs like HubSpot and ServiceM8
- understanding of sales automation processes
- able to communicate clearly to a wide range of people
- able to work in an office team environment

The position on offer is a six-month contract with an option for a permanent position.

Your role will be:

- able to communicate with current and existing customers
- setting up customers and schedule repair jobs,
- working with the accounting team
- working with the team

**Salary**: starting at $65,000 per year plus superannuation

**Job Type**: Fixed term Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
