Join us as our new **Cellar Assistant**and make your mark on a growing multinational company**About the Role**: Reporting into the Cellar Manager, our Cellar Assistant role forms an integral part of our company culture and business success.

You will be at the heart of our operations
- receiving, cataloguing, storing, and retrieving wine with precision and care. From maintaining cellar conditions and ensuring smooth daily operations, to delivering exceptional customer service for our customers.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys staying active on-their-feet and takes pride in creating a positive customer experience. Our Cellar Assistants play a key role in caring for our client’s valuable collections. **- Shift hours**:

- Monday to Friday 9am
- 5pm
- Occasional Saturday 9am
- 1pm (Day off during Monday-Friday of your choice in the same week) **- Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Owning daily intake, handling and dispatch duties for cellar operations.
- Executing accurate data entry into our in-house cellar management system.
- Ensuring quality assurance in product handling from receipt to dispatch.
- Displaying operational excellence including taking pride in cellar presentation and cleanliness.
- Pallet consolidation, wrapping, loading and unloading from racks.
- Conducting temperature control checks to

**About You**:

- **WSET qualifications would be highly advantageous**:

- Experience in warehouse operations and/or a pick/pack workplace.
- Hands-on team member, comfortable with lifting, and staying on your feet.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accurate systems data entry and strong administration skills.
- Reliable, punctual and an all-round team player.
