**About the role**: The Cyber, Risk & Governance teams' purpose is to protect Ampol Group’s reputation and social license to operate by enhancing our cyber resilience. We support Ampol Group in achieving its business goals by managing cyber and IT risks effectively and pragmatically and by adopting a proactive approach, we enable business value rather than being a barrier. Through early detection and response to cyber events, we mitigate risks and deliver business value in the face of everchanging technologies and strategic opportunities. Additionally, we build trust for Ampol with our customers through the delivery of more secure solutions.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and governance of IAM solutions across the organization involving strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance the organization's identity and access security posture.

**You’ll take us further by**:

- Lead and manage the IAM team, providing direction and support for high performance and professional development
- Develop and execute the lAM strategy aligned with organisational goals, Identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee IAM projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery, and coordinate with cross functional teams.
- Develop and enforce lAM policies, procedures, and standards for compliance. Ensure robust access control mechanisms and oversee user provisioning and access reviews.
- Evaluate and implement IAM technologies, ensuring a secure and efficient infrastructure. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure IAM processes comply with laws and standards, supporting audits. Collaborate with IT, security, and business leaders to integrate IAM solutions.
- Monitor IAM metrics and provide insights to senior management.
- Develop and deliver IAM training programs

**We’d love it if you have**:

- Proven experience in managing IAM projects and teams
- Experience establishing ID practice within an enterprise business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in IAM tools and platforms like Entra ID, Saviynt (or equivalent experience with Okta, Sailpoint etc)
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices.
