The role involves greeting customers when they enter the service center, supporting them to identify and articulate their service needs and concerns, working with colleagues to ensure their service is completed on time and to the highest level of satisfaction possible.

We are looking for a person who has excellent customer service standards and proven results with high-level time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.

**To be considered for the role, you will have**:

- Skilled communication and time management skills are considered essential.
- Knowledge of dealership operations.
- Be able to work well with a team.
- Hold a current NSW Motor Bike Licence (preferred but not essential)
- Demonstrate problem solving skills.
- Strong IT skills
- Be able to follow standardised core processes and procedures.
