Bar Manager/licensee (Newtown)

We are a Rock n Roll cocktail bar and Italian restaurant. We're looking for an experienced, and passionate restaurant manager for our second location in Newtown.

About the role

You will be responsible for: Hiring and training staff Stocktake and ordering Maintaining health code requirements Managing financial transactions Pricing stock and maintaining profit margins Selecting and training both wait staff and kitchen staff. Taking reservations, and managing bookings Understanding of pay roll and staff roster Menu consultation in collaboration with chefs Encourage a positive work environment and exceptional communication skills

Qualifications & experience

Licensee training Current, valid RSA Certificate At least 3 years experience in a similar role Ability to work well under pressure Passion and drive for the industry Exceptional leadership skills Able to work as a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $70,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year
