**Job Description (ICT Customer Support Officer)**
**Position Overview**: In response to continuous expansion, we are seeking a proficient and versatile technical engineer to join our team in Sydney. As an ICT Customer Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in providing support, education, and guidance for the deployment and maintenance of computer systems infrastructures and networks. Additionally, your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, collaborating with our solution architects on diverse projects, and contributing to the growth and optimisation of our technical landscape.
- Multi-site SDWAN deployments carrying voice & data
- AWS | Azure and Private Cloud services in the IaaS and PaaS space
- Automation and data analytics
- Complex networks supporting critical physical infrastructure (CCTV, BMS, Access Control, Voice, Data)
- Highly resilient virtualisation infrastructure in our private cloud
- Cloud VoIP telephony
- Medium and large scale modern management projects, migrating organisations to utilise Microsoft 365 technologies and platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design, construct, and maintain internal client networks and systems across the entire infrastructure stack, including Network, Server, Storage, and Virtualisation.
- Produce high-quality documentation post-project to ensure a seamless transition to Business-As-Usual (BAU) for the Service Desk team.
**Technologies**: This role involves working with a range of technologies, and while expertise in multiple areas is preferred, proficiency in all is not mandatory. Some of the technologies are:
- Routing (OSPF/iBGP/eBGP)
- Virtualisation (VMWARE, Hyper-V)
- Core & Access Networks
- Remote Access (IPSEC, OpenVPN, WireGuard)
- Monitoring (SNMP, Netflow)
- Storage (NAS, SAN, SDS)
- WAN Services (NBN, Fibre, Fixed Wireless, 4G/5G)
- Security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Office 365, Intune/Endpoint Manager
- Public Cloud (AWS, Azure)
- Voice (SIP Trunks, Virtual PBX, Handsets, Softphones)
- Backup (Local, Cloud)
- Physical Security (CCTV, Access Control)
- Collaboration (Teams/Zoom Rooms)

- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Background in Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is preferred.
- Relevant certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and own car.

- $122,000.00 per year + super (salary bracket: depending on experience and capabilities)
