**In this role, you'll**: Be joining on a Temproary Fixed Term basis until June 30th 2025, and working on a Program of works that is tasked with uplifting our Cyber Security Capabilities by on-boarding new Cyber Security Controls that will protect critical operational technology. As the Technical SME you will have ownership of change management and ensuring those change management inputs are integrated into the overall project plans. You will also be responsible for identifying training needs, carrying out training needs analysis and at times developing training for key stakeholders.

**About you**

You'll come from a change and training background and have previous experience in CyberSecurity & IT Projects in an engineering or Transport environment. You will have exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
