The Opportunity You will act as a central support to the Managing Director, helping streamline operations and free up time across key areas of the business. You’ll be involved in a mix of executive support, property management coordination, and sales administration — helping ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. It’s a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and looking to build a well-rounded skillset within a growing real estate business. Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support (Managing Director)
- Manage schedules, priorities, and day-to-day coordination
- Assist with tasks and follow-ups to keep workflows organised and on track
- Provide general support to help maximise efficiency and productivity 2. Property Management Coordination
- Assist with onboarding recent managements (setup, documentation, communication)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and execution
- Support the Managing Director with tracking and basic analysis where required 3. Sales Coordination
- Assist with new listings, including admin, marketing preparation, and documentation
- Coordinate campaign tasks and client communication
- Support settlement processes and general sales administration What We’re Looking For
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organised, proactive, and reliable
- Task-driven & results oriented
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
