Our vibrant Brewery restaurant is on the hunt for a talented Level 4 Cert Sous Chef to join our culinary team and help deliver an exceptional food experience that pairs perfectly with our craft brews.

What You’ll Be Doing: Leading and supervising a small team of chefs and kitchen hands. Ensuring consistently high standards of food preparation and presentation. Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop seasonal menus and weekly specials. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. Contributing ideas and energy to a agile, evolving food offering.

What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a busy, quality-driven kitchen. Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative menu development. Robust leadership and communication skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure during peak service. A team player with a positive attitude and a love for great food and beer. Full working rights (no sponsorships)
