The Role Reporting to the Brand Director, the PR Manager will lead Hello Molly’s PR and partnerships strategy across global markets. You’ll drive high-impact campaigns, manage key media and influencer relationships, ambassador programs and ensure every PR touchpoint reflects the Hello Molly brand. You’ll work closely with the creative, marketing, eCommerce, and events teams to deliver campaigns that build awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth. What You’ll Be Doing PR Strategy & Campaigns
- Support the development and execution of global PR strategies that strengthen brand awareness and positioning
- Create compelling PR stories, media pitches, press releases, and campaign concepts
- Manage the PR calendar and coordinate campaign launches across channels
- Ensure all PR communications align with Hello Molly’s brand identity and tone of voice Influencer & Media Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, talent, influencers, and brand partners
- Lead influencer collaborations from outreach through to execution and reporting
- Act as the key contact for PR and influencer enquiries
- Monitor media coverage, campaign performance, and emerging opportunities Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative, Marketing, Events, and eCommerce teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Oversee the creation and approval of PR assets across digital, print, and multimedia
- Partner with external agencies, photographers, stylists, and production teams as required Leadership & Operations
- Lead and mentor a small PR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Manage workflows, onboarding, and team development
- Oversee PR budgets, vendor relationships, and campaign reporting
- Track KPIs and provide regular insights and performance updates to leadership What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand communications
- Strong existing media and influencer network with proven partnership success
- Experience working within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and digital-first brand marketing
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cooperative environment
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
- Passion for fashion, trends, and brand culture Bonus Points For
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
