What You’ll Do


- Take full ownership of the kitchen to prepare and serve delicious, nutritious meals for weekend residents
- Operate independently to manage all aspects of food production from prep to plating
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service to students, staff, and college visitors
- Maintain high hygiene standards by overseeing dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, and tray service duties
- Ensure all meals are prepared safely and efficiently according to established dietary guidelines About You


- Must be a qualified professional holding a Trade Certification in Commercial Cookery
- Hold a current Food Safety Supervisor certificate and a valid NSW Working With Children Check
- Proven ability to work autonomously and handle the responsibilities of a solo kitchen shift
- Willingness to be hands-on with all tasks including food preparation, dishwashing, and cleaning
- Ability to pass a National Police Check and provide evidence of your right to work in Australia Why Cater Care
