**What You Will Do**: Adventure World is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to lead a agile team in the exciting world of travel. This position is a hybrid working from our Bondi Junction office 3 days a week and as the Marketing Manager, you will:

- Lead a team of three and collaborate with an internal designer.
- Develop and implement yearly marketing and communication plans.
- Foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create co-op marketing campaigns with partners.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to ensure the sales team has the required assets and marketing efforts align with contracts.
- Report campaign results to partners and the AW executive team.
- Manage marketing budgets.
- Oversee digital developments in conjunction with The Travel Corporation’s digital team.
- Direct content creation aligned with brand guidelines.

**Who You Are**:

- Previous marketing and management experience.
- Expertise in marketing principles, channels, and social media.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A creative mindset and experience in building partnerships.
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team leadership qualities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
