We are looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join the team. We are looking for someone to hit the ground running with advertising, interviewing and managing current recruits into the business.

**Duties will include;**
- Writing and posting advertisements for job vacancies.
- Manage interview/ appointment bookings.
- Conduct reference checks when required.
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
- On-site role 5-days per week, office based in eastern suburbs.

**What we are looking for;**
- Minimum of 12 months experience in recruitment. Ideally within the construction industry or similar.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Human Resources would be beneficial.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding and experience using online advertising platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
