We're growing, and we're looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our Pastry team. If you're a hands-on baker who thrives under pressure, takes real pride in your craft, and is ready to step into a leadership role within a creative, high-output kitchen — we'd love to hear from you.

The role

This is a full time position across five shifts per week (Sunday to Thursday evenings), with a market-competitive salary on offer. You'll work alongside senior leadership to keep our pastry operation running at its best — maintaining the quality and consistency Sonoma is known for, while helping develop the team around you.

Day-to-day, you'll be managing baking shifts, holding the line on food safety and production standards, working to tight delivery deadlines, and playing a key role in training staff on Sonoma procedures and new product lines.
