Customer Service Assistant Alexandria

The position will be a fulltime Customer Service Administrator role between the Hours of 6am
- 4.30pm Monday to Friday and 6.00 am
- 11.00 am Saturday as directed by management. The standard work day is between 6am
- 2.30pm
- Overtime will begin after 2.30pm.

Reporting to the Sales Manager & GM your duties will include but not be limited to the following:

Duties & Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service both in store over the counter and over the phone

Process customer orders in an accurate and timely manner

Organize transport for customer deliveries

Additional general administration duties as required

Ongoing development of your knowledge of Siniat and associated products

Skills and Qualifications required:

To be considered for this position you must possess:

Strong customer focus

Excellent communication skills

Team player with a positive attitude

Previous experience in a similar role or have a trade background

A solid eye for detail

Good computer skills (Word, Excel)

The ability to multi task in a fast paced, ever changing environment
