Ecommerce Studio Manager & Photographer (Alexandria)

- Category: Camilla Villa (Head Office) In a newly created position, this will be tasked with establishing a streamlined and functional eCommerce Studio space.

Our eCommerce Studio Manager will manage our critical path to launch our favourite CAMILLA silhouettes, executing our Designers vision and is an integral member in CAMILLA’s determination to colour the world! Whist there will be some creative briefs, the greater majority of work will be non-creative high volume-based administration and photographic work with an emphasis on working at an efficient speed whilst maintaining accuracy, and consistency. Here are a few things that will keep you busy….
- Manage our very own Product Critical Path to ensure timelines and scheduling targets are met and critically, all product is available to shoot.
- Work with our external production company to ensure that all photo shoot requirements are communicated and well executed.
- Using your incredible eye to assures that the highest quality product images are photographed.
- On the back end, manage and monitor shoot budgets – and more importantly
- identify areas for more efficient workflow, processes, and procedures.
- Will triple check all product representation online mirrors the design aesthetic and vision at collection creation stage. If this is sounding like the role for you, here is what we are looking for:
- Strong lighting and composition skills, creativity, vision and outside of the box thinking.
- Must have experience working in a professional photography studio / e-commerce environment.
- Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry
- Experience in planning, organisation, scheduling, and budgeting high volume campaigns
- Ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
