Shop for Shops is a leader in the shop fittings and fixtures sector and is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its ongoing growth and transformation.
This is a newly created role that offers the opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director and senior leaders to make a key difference to the organisation.
The HR Business Partner will play a key role in providing administrative support across various human resources functions including:
- Recruitment & Retention;
- On-boarding;
- Employee relations;
- Compliance and benefits.
The role requires a highly organized individual with a strong ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality while supporting HR initiatives.
The following is not exhaustive list of duties and tasks but gives an excellent overview of what is required to succeed in this role. Other duties may be assigned to the role, which are to be undertaken as requested or required.
**Talent & Recruitment**
- Prepare job postings;
- Interview scheduling;
- Coordinate pre-employment checks;
- Prepare offer Letters and employment contracts;
- Manage the on boarding process, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated, including conducting orientations.
**Employee Relations**
- Serve as the First point of contact for employee inquiries;
- Assist with resolving HR related issues;
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to HR Metrics such as turnover, employee satisfaction, and retention.
**HR Systems and Processes**
- Develop, prepare and implement of HR policies and procedures;
- Update and maintain HR databases and Systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity;
- Assist in payroll processing by providing timely updates on employee status changes.
- Coordinate leave management including tracking annual leave, and other absences.
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters relating to employee information and company policies.
**Education/ Experience Requirements**:
- You do not need a degree. If you’re smart, helpful and hardworking, we can teach you the rest.
- A can-do attitude and lots of positivity;
- High level of English proficiency.
- Robust understanding of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
Pay: $88,900.46
- $158,951.34 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
