The Finance Officer will primarily be responsible for the transition of existing and recent clinical trials to our new financial management tool that enables processing and management of billing for work completed by the clinical trials department.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Project manage the transition of Clinical trial billing from the Finance team to Clinical Trial department
- Work closely with the Finance department to determine status of each trial payment history and schedule prior to transition
- Work closely RealTime CTMS Specialist in Clinical trials to ensure accurate transition of data and scheduled payment terms and conditions
- Work closely with Study Coordinators
- Highly proficient and experienced finance officer/administrator
- Tech-1 Experience highly desired, not essential
- You will demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated planning and workload management skills and the ability to work autonomously;
- High attention to detail, with excellent oral and written communication skills
