Receptionist/Administration Officer

Ethical Recruitment Australia is looking for a Receptionist/Administration Officer to join an industry leader in automotive repairs. Based in South Sydney, they have an outstanding reputation for providing high-quality service and repair to a diverse market of prestige car enthusiasts.

About the role:

Be part of a team that values your skills and contribution. The Receptionist/ Administration Officer is responsible for overseeing various functions within an office environment to ensure the reception and administrative duties required are carried out smoothly, including but not limited to;

Welcoming clients/guests by offering refreshments

Receive incoming phone calls, address enquiries and/or refer to relevant personnel

Process recent estimate requests and enquiries

Ensure client management system is updated with client details, insurance details, vehicle details, booking information and loan car information

Contact insurance companies and follow up assessors for quote updates

Manage loan car fleet and booking system

Complete client admin forms/authorities

Prepare all documents and invoices (inc. excess or private) for vehicle collection

Daily maintenance and cleaning of office kitchen inc. packing and unpacking of dishwasher, maintain cleanliness of coffee machine and kitchen supplies

Process payments accordingly

Set meeting calendar for both Company Director and General Manager

What you need to succeed;

Over 2 years Reception/administration experience:

Excellent communication skills

Excellent computer skills

Highly organised and effective

Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a busy environment

Willingness to learn

Well presented with a can-do attitude

Willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.

Right to live and work in Australia
