**What You’ll Do**: As the Executive Manager, you will:

- **Act as a strategic advisor**to the Vice-President and senior leaders, providing high-level insights, analysis, and recommendations.
- **Lead executive communications**, drafting complex briefings, submissions, and correspondence that influence key stakeholders.
- **Drive Portfolio-wide initiatives**, from strategy implementation to process innovation and continuous improvement.
- **Oversee governance, compliance, and risk**, ensuring the Portfolio meets its audit and regulatory obligations.
