**About Us**

The Iron Duke Hotel is an independent local pub renown for our expansive beer garden, popular food offering and a large selection of craft beer on tap. Our staff like our customers are a diverse mix of characters, creating a welcoming and relaxed pub environment.

**The Role**

The position available is for a bartender starting 20 hours per week, there will be potential for extra hours and shifts in the future as well as room for growth in the company if desired.

We are seeking confident and outgoing professionals, who stay calm under pressure behind the bar and keep things light hearted with the customers whilst taking pride in the reputation of the hotel. You will be constantly interacting with customers to ensure guest experience.

Good knowledge of craft beer and solid cocktail skills would be beneficial, but not essential as we provide on the job training.

Hours are flexible with a mix of day, night and weekend shifts.

**About You**
- Passion for customer experience. We treat patrons how we would like to be treated when we go to the pub.
- Attention to detail to spot an issue with service and have the confidence to solve it, not avoid it.
- Bring a positive energy to the team and light heartedness to the patrons.
- RSA & RCG training.

Pay: $32.00
- $45.00 per hour
