What's the Role?

We have 5 kitchens and each space is unique and different; this means we have flexibility around the growth of our Kitchen teams and the influence YOU can have as we continue to expand our brand. The key to our success is our people.

Your role as Kitchen hand in this busy workplace is to provide friendly, attentive and efficient service to our very busy team

Some of the responsibilities will be: Washing and preparing the vegetables needed for cooking.

Supporting the CDP's and Cooks with any extra prep in the kitchen.

Cleaning the utensils such as the knives and other equipment and appliances in the kitchen such as the refrigerator and blender.

In-charge of washing and cleaning the pots, pans and trays used in the restaurant either by hand or by an automatic dishwasher.

Promote sanitation in the kitchen area.
