Security Foot Patrol Officer (Night Shift) (Camperdown)

As a Customer-Focused Security Officer, you'll be crucial in protecting our clients' assets and properties while providing outstanding customer service.

This role is night shift across a 7 day rotating roster.

Your responsibilities will include patrolling assigned areas, managing incidents, and interacting with clients and visitors to ensure a secure and welcoming environment. This role demands excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to surpassing customer expectations.

**Responsibilities and duties include**:

- Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure safety and security, requiring physical stamina and vigilance.
- Delivering excellent service performance standards whilst developing. operational efficiencies and improve performance
- Responding to workplace emergencies
- Site safety inspections and protecting users from security related risks
- Manage incidents to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Reduce risk and increase safety
- Responding to alarm activations
- Managing access control systems
- Maintaining data and security records including communication logs and comprehensive reports

**Essential Criteria**:

- NSW Security Licence 1A
- Ability to work a night shift, rotating roster across 7 Days
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card (current)
- First Aid and CPR (current)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Reliability and punctuality
