Bella Brutta is looking for an experienced waiter to join our front of house team. We’re a busy Newtown Pizza Restaurant known for our wood-fired pizzas and loyal regulars. Service here is quick paced, detail focused and genuinely warm. We’re looking for someone who already knows how to handle a section, move with urgency and keep standards high when the room is pumping. What the role looks like
- Running your own section with confidence and consistency
- Delivering informed, relaxed and professional service
- Strong menu knowledge across food and beverage
- Coordinating smoothly with bar and kitchen during peak service
- Managing tables with good judgement and personality
- Keeping the floor tight, clean and well paced
- Supporting your teammates — we run as a unit, not solo acts What we’re looking for
- Solid experience as a section waiter in a busy restaurant
- Comfort working in high volume, high energy service
- Good food and beverage knowledge — wine and cocktails a plus
- Calm under pressure and quick on your feet
- Clear communicator with guests and team
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
