We are looking for professional and high-performing security officers. The security team in these locations plays an important role in ensuring that the client's data integrity is always maintained. As the first point of contact for visitors and contractors entering the facility, the Security team at these locations needs to leave a lasting impression of exceptional customer service. Full Time : Day Shift only

- Monday to Friday
- 6AM to 3:30PM

- Full training and Uniform provided. The Security Officer will be responsible for the following duties:
- Conduct security screening of all personnel entering and exiting a restricted area
- Monitor facility alarms and security system Class 5 alarms, Security portal resets, Duress alarms
- Investigating and responding to alarms, first responders to the incident and emergency management including First Aid
- Management of keys/cards, Access Control System and Visitor Management Systems
- Identify prohibited items and prevent them from being introduced to or removed from a restricted area
- Provide complete and accurate shift reports and task handover to Customer Service & Security Supervisor
- Physical (on foot) and Virtual (on CCTV) patrols of assigned areas and report hazards and incidents Skills and Experience Candidates must meet the following job criteria:
- Hold a Valid Security License in respective State (Class 1A or equivalent)
- Baseline /NV1 clearance is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and observational skills
- Customer service experience is essential with strong multi-tasking abilities
- Conflict resolution, negation skills and intermediate PC skills (MS Suite) required
- Exceptional customer service standards, greet visitors, and employees and assist as required
- Compliance of all relevant company policies and procedures
- Protection of premises occupants, protection of real and personal property
- Report writing and Site patrol duties and experience communicating via two-way radio
