We currently have opportunities for enthusiastic Cleaner/Kitchen /Laundry Hands to join us on a Casual basis at our Pascoe Vale Home!

**About your role**: As a cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring cleaning standards are met, as well as meeting creating a relaxing environment for our residents. You will bring a strong commitment to customer service, cleanliness, safety and a strong understanding of cleaning requirements that will have a positive impact on the wellbeing of our residents.

You will therefore hold strong communication skills combined with the ability to build positive and warm working relationships with residents and colleagues.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist with monitoring and recording requirements of the Food Safety Program
- Contribute to a clean and safe working environment to ensure the safety of our residents, visitors and staff
- Preparation and cleaning in accordance with the Food Safety Program
- Cleaning and sorting of residents' clothing
- Ensure all Kitchen cleaning tasks meet CraigCare standards
- Understand and execute infection control initiatives
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet CraigCare Standards

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Organised, can-do attitude to what can be a physically demanding team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work across **any day** of the week
- Previous experience in Hotel Services (Kitchen) within an Aged Care Environment
- Sound knowledge of Food Safety
- Provide NDIS check clearance
- Proof of Right to work
