Dermal Therapist & Administration Coordinator Are you passionate about skin health, aesthetics, and patient care? A nurse-led clinic combining evidence-based dermatology with advanced aesthetic treatments. We are looking for a Dermal Therapist & Administration Coordinator who is confident in both clinical treatments and front-of-house patient experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an autonomous, premium clinic environment and genuinely loves helping patients feel confident in their skin. About Us We focus on inflammatory skin conditions, skin health, laser treatments, and aesthetic outcomes using advanced technology and personalised treatment plans. Our approach combines clinical expertise with compassionate care. The Role Includes
- Performing dermal and aesthetic treatments
- Assisting with patient consultations and treatment preparation
- Managing incoming leads and patient enquiries
- Calling and following up prospective clients
- Booking appointments and managing schedules through Timely
- Supporting treatment plans and patient journeys
- General clinic administration and reception duties
- Cleaning and preparing treatment rooms
- Stock ordering and inventory management
- Assisting with social media content where needed
- Delivering exceptional patient experience and customer service Treatments May Include
- LED therapy
- Skin needling
- Chemical peels
- Microdermabrasion
- Laser treatments
- Skin rejuvenation treatments
- Support with dermatology-focused treatments and skin education We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in dermal therapy
- Is confident speaking with clients and converting leads into bookings
- Has strong communication and organisational skills
- Is professional, warm, and patient-focused
- Can multitask and work independently
- Has experience using Timely or similar booking software
- Has a strong interest in skin health, dermatology, and aesthetics
- Values evidence-based treatments and ethical patient care Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor in Dermal Therapy (preferred)
- Knowledge of skincare products and treatment planning
- Laser experience is highly regarded What We Offer
